We have many inquiries lately on getting the right dishwashers for their cafe/restaurants. Some are reputable restaurants which have been in the market for years.
They came to us telling how to get the right dishwashers for their operations. Their suppliers kept promising them the sky and the moon but when there’s a breakdown, they always give all sort of reasons. For example :
1. The machine has faceoff therefore no parts to support.
2. There’s nothing wrong with your machine but the machine just doesn’t seem to work like originally.
3. We are only dealing with machine, we don’t know anything about cleaning chemical.
4. The dishwasher doesn’t need chemical. ????
5. We don’t have technical support. If you need, we got to charge for the team from West Malaysia to check and troubleshoot.
6. No after sales service after 1 year. So customers are on their own.
