The Gmp 301 Ease Zap Is A Heavy-duty,

The GMP 301 Ease Zap is a heavy-duty, water-based degreaser and cleaner offered under the GOODMAID PRO line.
Key highlights:
• Non-butyl based formulation (so it avoids the use of butyls which are often harsher solvents).
• Designed to effectively dissolve and emulsify heavy soils and grease, lifting grime to the surface for easier removal.
• Suitable for a wide range of substrates including metal, plastic, tiles, wood, terrazzo, porcelain, rubber and concrete.

Applications

Ease Zap is intended for use in demanding industrial or commercial cleaning scenarios including:
• Degreasing and cleaning of greasy surfaces, appliances, engines, vehicle parts and garage equipment.
• Concrete floor cleaning in production areas, service bays or workshops.
• Maintenance cleaning of tiles, rubber, wood, plastic or other hard surfaces where heavy soil or grease has built up.
• Any facility where a high-performance degreaser is required but where you prefer a water-based, non-butyl solvent system.

Product Features & Benefits
• High alkalinity: The product has a pH ≥ 11.5 in its undiluted form, which helps in breaking down tougher greasy soils.
• Water-soluble: Being water-based means it can be diluted and rinsed with water, which simplifies use and reduces residue issues.
• Versatile substrate compatibility: Works on many materials (metal, tiles, plastic, rubber, etc.). Useful in facilities with mixed surface types.
• Flexible dilution rates: The product supports variable dilution depending on soil level (see Usage section below).
• Professional grade: As part of the GOODMAID PRO line, it aligns with facility-grade cleaning systems used in industrial, commercial and service sectors.

Usage Instructions & Dilution Guidelines

From published data:
Typical dilution guidance (approximate):
• Light soil: ~20 mL per litre of water (i.e., 1:50) – for general cleaning with scrubber on multiple surfaces.
• Medium soil (e.g., ovens & grills): ~50 mL per litre (1:20)
• Heavy soil (soap scum, tough film): ~100 mL per litre (1:10)
• Stubborn grease (engine parts, garage equipment): ~300-500 mL per litre (roughly 1:2 to 1:3 dilution)

Application methods:
• Manual: mop, spray or wiping the diluted solution over the surface.
• With high-pressure hot water spray for heavy duty degreasing (e.g., garages or industrial floors) – let stand ~2 minutes then rinse.
