A customer told us they have purchased a new dishwasher but was not informed that they need to use special cleaning chemical for dishwasher.
Here we are. Problem solved with dispensing system installed for auto dispensing chemical to the dishwasher. We don’t only just simply supply dispenser, we make sure our dispenser pump is controlled to avoid overdosing chemical to save cost for our customers. A lot of suppliers just give a timer dispensing pump to the new customers. Customer stopped using chemical as they find it too costly to use the dishwashing machine.
