???? From Property Graduate to Hygiene Industry Pioneer — My Journey of Purpose

When I graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Property), I never imagined my path would lead me to the hygiene and food service industry. Life has a funny way of guiding us where we are most needed.

In the early years, I worked in property but eventually realized I wanted to build something that could bring long-term value to people’s lives and communities. With limited resources but a strong belief in service and reliability, I took a leap of faith and started MSC Essentials — distributing cleaning chemicals, dishwashing systems, and hygiene products.

It wasn’t an easy road. There were many challenges, from financial constraints to market acceptance. But through persistence, customer trust, and a genuine passion for improving hygiene standards, MSC Essentials grew into a company that now proudly supports hotels, restaurants, and food producers across Sabah.
